Friday and Saturday mornings, Nanna and Poppa took Caleb and Levi to the beach. This is Levi checking out the cold waves. They also were buried up to their necks in the sand.
Dawn stayed behind at the hotel to give Seth and nap, she took advantage of the quiet time and read a book.
Friday night we attended the rehearsel dinner and Dawn tried eggplant parmigean for the first time, not bad!
Nate's father and step-mom hosted a relaxing dinner. The boys played with their cousin Taylor.
Amber and Tim (Ryan's sister and Taylor's mom) are expecting a son in May.
Tim has several Tattoo's on his arms, thus he was called by Caleb "the man with statues on his arms". Tim is a chef at an exclusive restaurant in North Carolina.
Ryan's grandma Jessie and LH were dubbed 'Little Great Grandma and Little Great Grandpa'. Who wouldn't like to be called little!
Lynn is a beautiful bride and Nate didn't look half bad either.
The out door wedding couln't have been more perfect. Sunny breezy evening and pretty flowers. We sat on white chairs and the aisle was sprinkled with white rose petals. They said their vows under an arch with palm frons and purple flowers.
We had appetizers and drinks outdoors.
Seth tried to be happy but didn't appreciate having his nap time cut into. Mostly he was all smiles with his blue eyes and fuzzy blonde hair.
He loves his older brothers and his toes. My boys including Ryan all wore plaid shirts and kacki shorts or pants.
Caleb and Levi were the entertainment for the evening.
We are glad we extended our home assignment to attend the wedding.
We couldn't have missed such an important event in Lynn's life.
Flying to Florida to see Ryan's family was a nice ending to our time in the states.
After sunny weather in Florida, we are looking forward to our warm weather in Kenya.
Stay tuned for a blog on Caleb's last day at pre-school!
